On Sunday March 15, 2015 we went into the studio to record a handful of tunes in the spirit of the jazz sessions of the late 50's and 60's, live, with no overdubs. Clearly we are not playing jazz, but we found some joy improvising our way thru these 9 tunes. Jerod and I had played together on another project but neither of us had played with Stephen. So this was a new experience for us all. You're hearing essentially what Charlie heard in the control room. I did a little EQ but left everything else alone.
